The Cadman Foundation helps bring together orphaned children with couples who are starting or expanding their families. Our goal for 2009-2010 is to help every foster care child in Michigan find a loving, stable home. After Michigan, we will take our program to other states, then other countries, to ensure every child has a family and a home.
